MOCSAR is an integral part of the community in which we live and we like to support our communities by being involved. Along with our annual fundraiser in August we attend functions in several communities in Montgomery County. Please come by and visit us at any of the functions listed below to find out more about who we are and how you to can serve your community while having a great time to boot!

Annual Awards Banquet - February at the Community Development Center

Each year we like to take the opportunity to thank all of those who make it possible for us to continue our services to the community through their support and generous donations.  This year we recognized Mike, Mary, Christina, & Cody Gosnell as Honoree of the year as well as all those who help us financially by participating in the annual fundraiser.  Congressman Kevin Brady also supplied us with a congressional award for the Gosnell's, truly an honor for our members.  Please take the opportunity to celebrate with us and find out more about what we do.  If attending please email info@mocsar.org with the number of people attending.  

B-Geo Magnolia Miles March 20, 2010

We will be sponsoring one of the rest stops on this ride and it will be held on March 20, 2010 and starts out from the Magnolia Jr High on Nichols Sawmill Road.  This is in it's third year and is one of the top five training rides for the MS-150.  They are anticipating 1000 riders this year from all over.  Riders are registered from San Antonio, Dallas, Austin and parts in-between. Come out and help support our community and this very worthwhile event to raise funds for MS research.  Update - despite the cold & rain there were over 300 riders that participated in the ride.  MOCSAR helped over 50 riders get out of the rain and cold at the second rest stop.  All riders made it back to the Junior high school safe and sound - a big thank you to Tim Windmiller for having his flatbed trailer with him - he got all the bikes back for those riders.  Talk about always being prepared - way to go Tim!

DWI/BWI Task force - Memorial and July 4th Weekends

In support of our local law enforcement agencies MOCSAR will be working with all agencies on both weekends by suppling meals on location at the Precinct 1 Constables office on Lake Conroe.  The officers work hard to keep our streets safe for everyone and we are there to provide a hot meal and cold drinks as they come through to bring in suspected intoxicated drivers and boaters. 

Tomball Night - August 6th in Lowes Parking Lot

Come be dazzled by an exciting after-dark parade with lighted floats and fireworks at Tomball Night in August. Tomball area shops will remain open after hours and will go all out to attract customers with door prizes, refreshments, and free live entertainment. A well-orchestrated media campaign gets the word out to neighboring communities and promotes the eagerly anticipated "Mystery Shopper" competition that challenges all who participate, and rewards the winners with cash prizes.

MOCSAR Annual Fundraiser - August 21 2010

As a non-profit organization with no sponsoring underwriter we are dependant upon donations primarily received at our annual fundraiser. We sell BBQ plates and have both a silent and live auction as well as sell raffel tickets for great prizes including a 4 day 3 night stay at a luxury resort on Lake Palestine! Magnolia Chamber of Commerce - Christmas Parade - December 12th

Come join us in December as we help the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce celebrate Christmas in the annual parade. Horses, Search Dogs, and volunteers march in the parade along side the MOCSAR float represented by either the Rescue One Boat or our Mobile Command Center. This is an annual event and is enjoyed by the whole family.
